You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your rug is on its way.

Yes, to every state and territory. Remote and regional areas may take a few extra days. We don't ship outside Australia.

Rugs are rolled or folded for transport. Any creases relax within a few days once the rug is laid flat. Rolling it the opposite way for an hour helps speed things up.

If you change your mind, you can return your rug within 30 days of delivery. The rug must never have been used and must be in as-new condition, unwashed and in its original packaging. Email us with your order number first and we'll send you the return instructions. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Read the full returns policy.

Once we receive and check the returned rug, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other secure payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify.

As a guide: 160 x 230 cm suits most living rooms with a three-seater sofa, 200 x 300 cm suits larger or open-plan spaces and dining tables for six, and 120 x 160 cm works well in bedrooms, studies and kids' rooms. See our size guide for to-scale drawings.

Measurements are approximate and may vary by 2–4 cm, which is normal for rugs.

Yes. The low pile is easy to vacuum, spills can be spot cleaned, and the non-slip backing helps keep the rug in place. Smaller sizes can be machine washed on a gentle cold cycle.

No. Unlike wool rugs, our low-pile rugs don't shed. You may notice a few loose fibres when the rug is new, which disappear after the first vacuum.

We do our best to show colours accurately, but every screen is different and colours may vary slightly. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll describe the tones in more detail.

Our rugs are 100% polyester. The design is printed onto a soft, low pile, with a non-slip backing underneath. Polyester is durable and holds colour well.

No. Our rugs are Persian-style: machine-made designs inspired by traditional Persian patterns. They are not hand-knotted or made in Iran. This keeps them affordable, soft and easy to care for.

No. They are low-pile rugs that lie flat, which makes them easy to vacuum, easy to clean and safe under doors and chairs. If you want a deep, plush rug, they won't be the right choice, and we'd rather tell you now.
